Privacy Policy · El Juego del Real Estate

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 1, 2026

Juegorei LLC, doing business as El Juego del Real Estate (“Juegorei,” “El Juego del Real Estate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect Personal Information when you visit our websites, purchase or access our products or services, participate in our courses, communities, recorded/asynchronous Q&A process, separately offered sessions, or other programs, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with us.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or can reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual, as defined by applicable law.

This Privacy Policy applies to Juegorei’s websites, course and membership areas, forms, checkout pages, communications, community features, and other online services that link to or reference this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy does not create contractual rights beyond those required by applicable law. Privacy rights described below apply only to the extent provided by the law applicable to you.

1. Personal Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of Personal Information:

A. Information You Provide Directly

Contact Information. Your name, email address, telephone number, mailing or billing address, and similar contact information.

Account Information. Username, account identifiers, profile information, login credentials, and information associated with your access to our Services.

Purchase and Transaction Information. Products or programs purchased, purchase price, payment plan selected, transaction dates, payment status, renewal status, refunds and cancellations, chargebacks, disputes, and related account or billing records.

Communications and Support Information. Information contained in emails, support requests, forms, surveys, direct messages, telephone communications, text messages, and other communications with us.

Course, Community, and Q&A Information. Course progress, participation, comments, posts, questions, submitted assignments, Q&A participation, and other information you choose to share within our educational programs or member community.

Questions may include written narratives and voluntarily uploaded deal materials. Ordinary Q&A answer recordings feature the presenters rather than the student who submitted the question. A separate interactive activity, such as an optional call or interview, may capture the student’s voice, image, chat or screen share only if the activity is actually recorded.

Real Estate Information Included in Questions or Communications. The Program teaches how to analyze real‑estate opportunities as an educational skill, but does not promise individualized review or analysis of a Member’s specific deal. If you voluntarily include information about a property, transaction, or potential investment in a question or communication, we may collect the information you provide, such as a property address, purchase price, estimated value, comparable sales, projected rents, renovation estimates, financing information, screenshots, contracts, documents, photographs, or other transaction‑related information. Submission of such information does not obligate Juegorei, Adrian Perez, Tania Pardo, or any instructor to review, underwrite, audit, approve, or analyze that specific transaction.

You should not submit Social Security numbers, complete financial account numbers, complete payment card numbers, government identification numbers, passwords, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive information through community, Q&A, or support channels. If documents contain sensitive information that is not necessary for the requested analysis, you should redact that information before submitting them.

If you submit information concerning another person, property owner, tenant, seller, buyer, lender, contractor, agent, or other third party, you represent that you have the lawful authority to provide that information to us.

Reviews and Written Testimonials. Reviews, feedback, written testimonials, survey responses, and other written statements you voluntarily submit to us. Our use of written testimonials is also subject to our Terms and Conditions. Photographs, video, voice, and likeness used for public advertising or promotional purposes are handled under any separate release or authorization that may apply.

Other Information You Choose to Provide. Any other information you voluntarily provide to us.

B. Payment Information

Payments are processed by third‑party payment processors, including Stripe or other processors we may use from time to time.

We do not intentionally store complete payment card numbers. Our payment processors may provide us with transaction‑related information such as payment status, transaction identifiers, billing information, card brand, expiration information where permitted, and limited card details such as the last four digits.

Your payment processor’s handling of payment information is governed by its own privacy policy and security practices.

C. Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as:

  • IP address;
  • browser type and version;
  • device type and operating system;
  • referring and exit pages;
  • pages viewed and actions taken;
  • date and time of access;
  • approximate location derived from IP address;
  • cookie and similar technology identifiers;
  • advertising identifiers where permitted;
  • session, usage, and interaction information; and
  • technical information used for security, analytics, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting.

We do not intentionally collect precise geolocation information unless we specifically disclose that collection at the point where it occurs and obtain any consent required by applicable law.

D. Information From Third Parties

We may receive Personal Information from third parties that help us operate our business, including payment processors, course and customer relationship management platforms, email and SMS providers, advertising and analytics providers, video conferencing services, social media platforms, referral sources, and other service providers or business partners.

The information we receive depends on your interaction with those services and the permissions or settings you have selected.

2. How We Use Personal Information

We may use Personal Information for the following purposes:

  1. To create, administer, and secure user accounts.
  2. To provide access to courses, digital materials, communities, recorded/asynchronous Q&A, separately offered sessions, and other purchased Services.
  3. To process purchases, installment payments, recurring payments, renewals, and other transactions.
  4. To manage billing, payment failures, chargebacks, collections, and amounts owed.
  5. To provide customer support and respond to questions or requests.
  6. To communicate operational information, including account notices, payment notices, access information, security notices, policy updates, event reminders, and other service‑related communications.
  7. To send marketing and promotional communications where permitted by applicable law and consistent with your communication preferences.
  8. To personalize and improve our Services, curriculum, member experience, and communications.
  9. To analyze website traffic, advertising performance, conversions, and use of our Services.
  10. To conduct advertising, retargeting, attribution, and audience measurement where permitted by applicable law.
  11. To prevent fraud, misuse, unauthorized account sharing, security incidents, and unlawful activity.
  12. To enforce our Terms and Conditions and other agreements.
  13. To maintain transaction, tax, accounting, consent, opt‑out, and business records.
  14. To establish, exercise, or defend legal rights and claims.
  15. To comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, subpoenas, and lawful governmental requests.
  16. To support a merger, acquisition, financing, sale, reorganization, or other corporate transaction.
  17. For other purposes disclosed to you at the time of collection or with your consent where required.

Where required by applicable law, we rely on an appropriate legal basis for processing Personal Information, which may include performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate business interests, or consent.

3. Course, Community, and Asynchronous Q&A

Members may submit questions about real‑estate topics or their own transactions. Adrian Perez and/or Tania Pardo may later answer selected questions in presenter‑only recordings, written responses or future course lessons; students do not join or appear in ordinary Q&A recordings. Submitted questions or deal facts may be shown to authorized members for educational purposes under the Student Question and Content Permission Agreement. Other authorized members may see material included in private course lessons or community areas. We may remove unnecessary identifiers and sensitive or third‑party information, but a question can contain facts that identify a person or transaction even when a name is omitted. We will not intentionally use a submission to identify a student or disclose identifying deal details in public promotional material without the applicable separate affirmative permission. De‑identified examples may be used only after a review reasonably designed to prevent identification. We do not promise to answer each submission or review a particular deal.

4. Recorded Optional or Separately Offered Sessions

Ordinary Program Q&A does not require students to join a recording: students submit questions and the presenters later record selected answers. Optional interactive activities are different. If such an activity is recorded, we will give notice and obtain required participant consent before recording. Permission to record is not the same as permission to make the recording available to other members or to use it in public advertising; those uses require their own applicable permissions.

From time to time, Juegorei may separately offer or conduct an optional call, meeting, interview, special presentation, or other interactive activity. Such activities are not recurring Program benefits unless expressly identified as included in the applicable offer. Any such activity may be recorded in audio, video, screen, chat, transcription, or other formats. We may conduct these activities through Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or other third‑party video‑conferencing, webinar, communication, transcription, recording, or technology platforms. The specific provider may change from time to time based on operational, technological, or business needs.

Depending on the platform and features used, a recording or related service may capture a participant’s name, image, likeness, voice, screen, screen share, chat messages, questions, comments, deal information, transcripts, captions, and other contributions. Third‑party platform providers may process information generated through their services under their own applicable privacy policies and terms.

Recordings may be used to provide the Program, make replays available to current or future authorized members, improve Program quality, train or support our team, maintain internal records, preserve educational content, administer the Program, and support other legitimate business purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

We will provide reasonable notice before or when a session is being recorded. We may use an affirmative consent mechanism such as a platform‑generated recording notice or consent prompt, a checkbox, an electronic acknowledgment, a written acknowledgment, a verbal acknowledgment, or another reasonable method. Where applicable law requires a particular form of consent, we will use a consent process intended to satisfy that requirement. Participation in a live session identified as being recorded may be conditioned on providing the required consent.

If you do not consent to a particular recording, you should not join or continue participating in the recorded portion of the live session. Where available, you may instead access a replay or alternative materials we elect to provide. We are not obligated to provide an unrecorded alternative session unless required by applicable law. Turning off your camera does not necessarily prevent your name, voice, screen share, chat messages, questions, comments, transcripts, or other contributions from being captured. You should avoid sharing information you do not want included in a member‑accessible recording.

We may retain recordings for as long as reasonably necessary for Program delivery, member access, educational archives, internal administration, legal or compliance purposes, dispute resolution, or other legitimate business purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Access to recordings may be changed or discontinued as the Program evolves.

Consent to recording for Program or member‑access purposes is separate from consent for public promotional use. Unless separately authorized, participation in a recorded member session does not grant Juegorei permission to use a participant’s name, image, likeness, voice, testimonial, or recorded participation in public advertising, social media, paid advertising, landing pages, promotional emails, or other public promotional materials. Public promotional use of identifiable audio, video, image, voice, likeness, or testimonial content will be governed by a separate release, authorization, or other legally sufficient basis.

A student’s submission for Q&A, an interactive‑session recording and a public testimonial are separate data and permission workflows. We will maintain records of the applicable permission choices and restrict access to recordings and submitted deal material to people with a legitimate need to administer, edit or deliver the Program. We will not treat declining optional public use as a reason to revoke otherwise purchased Program access.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose Personal Information to the following categories of recipients as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

A. Service Providers

We may disclose Personal Information to companies that provide services on our behalf, including:

  • website, hosting, course, community, CRM, and automation providers;
  • payment processors;
  • email and SMS communication providers;
  • video conferencing and content hosting providers;
  • analytics providers;
  • advertising and attribution providers;
  • customer support providers;
  • accounting, bookkeeping, tax, legal, and professional advisers;
  • fraud prevention, cybersecurity, and technical service providers; and
  • collection agencies or payment recovery providers where appropriate.

These providers may process Personal Information only as permitted by their agreements with us and applicable law.

B. Advertising and Analytics Partners

We may use analytics and advertising services, including services offered by Google, Meta, and similar providers, now or in the future.

These providers may receive online identifiers, device information, IP address, browser information, website activity, conversion information, cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, and similar information to help us:

  • understand use of our Services;
  • measure marketing effectiveness;
  • attribute conversions;
  • build or measure audiences;
  • perform retargeting; and
  • display or measure advertisements on third‑party platforms.

We do not sell Personal Information for monetary compensation. However, under certain state privacy laws, disclosures to advertising partners for cross‑context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” even when no money is exchanged for the Personal Information.

Where applicable law grants you the right to opt out of these activities, we will provide or honor applicable opt‑out methods as required by law.

C. Legal, Security, and Protection Purposes

We may disclose Personal Information if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

  • comply with applicable law or legal process;
  • respond to lawful requests from courts, regulators, or government agencies;
  • enforce our agreements;
  • collect amounts owed;
  • investigate or prevent fraud, security incidents, or unlawful conduct;
  • protect the rights, safety, property, or security of Juegorei, our customers, our members, or others; or
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

D. Business Transfers

Personal Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale, reorganization, bankruptcy, or other transaction involving all or part of our business.

E. With Your Direction or Consent

We may disclose Personal Information when you direct us to do so, when you intentionally interact with a third‑party service, or when you otherwise consent to the disclosure.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, web beacons, local storage, and similar technologies.

These technologies may include:

Essential Technologies. Used to operate the Services, maintain security, authenticate users, process transactions, remember settings, and provide requested functionality.

Analytics Technologies. Used to understand traffic, usage, conversions, and how users interact with our Services. We may use services such as Google Analytics or similar technologies.

Advertising Technologies. Used to measure advertising, attribute conversions, create or measure audiences, and provide retargeting or targeted advertising. We may use technologies such as Meta Pixel, Google Ads tags, or similar advertising tools.

The specific technologies used by our Services may change over time.

Where required by applicable law, we may provide cookie or privacy controls that allow eligible users to manage non‑essential technologies.

Some state privacy laws require covered businesses to recognize qualifying universal opt‑out preference signals for certain activities. If Juegorei becomes subject to such requirements, we will process supported universal opt‑out signals as required by applicable law.

Browser “Do Not Track” settings are not uniform industry standards and we do not represent that our Services respond to all such signals unless required by applicable law.

7. Email Communications

We may send you transactional or relationship emails relating to purchases, account access, billing, security, support, program participation, policy updates, or other Services.

We may also send marketing or promotional emails where permitted by law.

Marketing emails will include a method to unsubscribe as required by applicable law. Opting out of marketing emails will not prevent us from sending non‑promotional communications that are reasonably necessary to administer your account, transactions, purchases, legal obligations, or requested Services.

8. SMS and Text Message Communications

If you provide a telephone number, we may use it for service‑related communications and, where permitted and after obtaining any consent required by applicable law, for promotional or marketing text messages.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Where required by law, marketing text consent will be obtained separately through a clear and conspicuous disclosure at the point of collection. We may use automated technology or an SMS platform to send messages where permitted by law and by the consent provided.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may revoke consent to marketing text messages through any reasonable method recognized by applicable law. Where reply messaging is available, you may generally reply STOP to opt out. We may send a non‑promotional confirmation of your opt‑out request where permitted.

Opting out of marketing texts does not necessarily prevent us from sending legally permitted, non‑marketing communications that are necessary to administer an existing transaction, account, security matter, or requested service, subject to applicable law and any applicable consent requirements.

We may retain records of SMS consent and opt‑out requests for compliance, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping purposes.

9. No Sale for Monetary Compensation

We do not sell Personal Information to third parties in exchange for money.

As explained above, some state privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly and may classify certain advertising or analytics disclosures as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.

Where those laws apply to Juegorei and grant you an applicable opt‑out right, you may exercise that right using the methods we make available or by contacting us as described below.

10. Data Retention

We retain Personal Information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:

  • providing purchased products and Services;
  • maintaining account and transaction records;
  • processing recurring or installment payment obligations;
  • collecting amounts owed;
  • complying with tax, accounting, and legal obligations;
  • maintaining consent and opt‑out records;
  • preventing fraud and security incidents;
  • resolving disputes and chargebacks;
  • enforcing our agreements; and
  • establishing, exercising, or defending legal rights.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, the nature of our relationship with you, legal requirements, operational needs, and potential disputes.

A request to delete Personal Information does not require us to delete information that we are legally permitted or required to retain, including transaction records, contractual records, payment records, tax or accounting information, fraud prevention information, security logs, consent records, opt‑out records, chargeback or collection records, or information reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

We may retain de‑identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably identify you.

11. Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Information, taking into account the nature of the information and our operations.

However, no method of electronic transmission, storage, or security is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of Personal Information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and should notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, the nature of our relationship with you, and whether an applicable privacy law applies to Juegorei, you may have certain rights regarding your Personal Information, which may include the right to:

  • request access to Personal Information we maintain about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate Personal Information;
  • request deletion of certain Personal Information;
  • request a portable copy of certain Personal Information;
  • opt out of certain sales, sharing, or processing for targeted advertising;
  • limit certain uses of sensitive Personal Information where applicable;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • appeal certain decisions concerning a privacy request, where required by law; and
  • not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising an applicable privacy right.

These rights are not absolute. They may be subject to exceptions, verification requirements, statutory thresholds, and other limitations under applicable law.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy voluntarily grants a right that does not otherwise apply under applicable law.

13. Exercising Privacy Rights

To submit a privacy request, contact us at:

Email: [email protected]

Please include enough information for us to understand the request and reasonably verify your identity.

We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify your identity, protect your account, prevent fraud, or confirm the authority of an authorized agent.

We will use Personal Information submitted in connection with a privacy request only as reasonably necessary to evaluate, verify, and respond to the request or as otherwise permitted by law.

Where applicable law permits an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, we may require evidence of the agent’s authority and may separately verify your identity.

If applicable law provides a right to appeal our response to a privacy request, appeal instructions will be provided where required.

14. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

We do not knowingly offer our Services to children under 18 or intentionally collect Personal Information from children under 18 through the Services.

If we learn that a person under 18 has provided Personal Information through our Services in violation of this policy, we may delete the information and terminate the associated account, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping obligations.

If you believe a person under 18 has provided Personal Information to us, contact us at [email protected].

15. Third‑Party Services and Links

Our Services may contain links to, integrations with, or features provided by third parties, such as payment processors, social media platforms, video conferencing providers, advertising platforms, and other websites or services.

This Privacy Policy does not govern the independent privacy practices of third parties. Their collection and use of information are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third‑party services before providing information to them.

16. International Visitors

Juegorei is based in the United States, and our Services are primarily directed to users in the United States.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

Privacy laws in those jurisdictions may differ from the laws of your location.

Where applicable law imposes additional requirements for international data transfers or processing, we will comply with those requirements to the extent they apply to Juegorei.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, technologies, vendors, business practices, legal requirements, or other circumstances.

When we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the Effective Date above and post the updated version through our Services.

If applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, we will provide that notice or obtain that consent as required.

Your continued use of the Services after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective is subject to the updated Policy, except where applicable law requires a different form of notice or consent.
