Terms and Conditions · El Juego del Real Estate

Terms and Conditions

Effective date: October 10, 2026

A quick heads‑up before you continue: this agreement includes binding arbitration, a class‑action waiver, a jury‑trial waiver, limits on our liability, a 72‑hour voluntary partial refund option for eligible new purchases (less documented processing fees), an all‑sales‑final policy afterward, and automatic renewal terms. We recommend reading it in full before purchasing or using the Site, Program, Community, or other Offerings.

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms” or “Agreement”) are a legally binding agreement between you, individually or on behalf of the entity you represent (“you,” “your,” or “Member”), and Juegorei LLC, doing business publicly as El Juego del Real Estate (“El Juego,” “Juegorei,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms govern your access to and use of juegorei.com and any related websites, subdomains, checkout pages, learning portals, communities, applications, digital materials, communications, and services operated by or on behalf of Juegorei (collectively, the “Site”), as well as any courses, educational programs, memberships, communities, Q&A content, templates, calculators, checklists, scripts, recordings, digital resources, separately offered sessions, and other products or services offered by Juegorei (collectively, the “Offerings”).

By accessing the Site, checking a box accepting these Terms, submitting payment, creating an account, accessing an Offering, or otherwise using the Site or Offerings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you accept this Agreement for a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. El Juego del Real Estate Program

The principal educational program offered by Juegorei is El Juego del Real Estate (the “Program”). The Program is an educational product designed to teach real‑estate concepts, analysis frameworks, processes, and strategies, including how to analyze real‑estate opportunities as an educational skill. The Program may include recorded educational content, worksheets, calculators, templates, checklists, scripts, examples, case studies, private‑community access, recorded/asynchronous Q&A content, and updates.

Unless a checkout page or written offer expressly states otherwise, the Program currently includes:

  1. Access to the recorded El Juego del Real Estate course and designated downloadable course materials for the Lifetime Access Period defined below.
  2. Twelve (12) months of access to the private community.
  3. Access to a recorded and asynchronous Q&A process at no additional recurring charge. Members may submit questions, including questions about their own deals, using Juegorei’s designated channel. Adrian Perez and/or Tania Pardo may periodically record answers to selected questions without the submitting students appearing or speaking in the recordings. Recordings may be posted for authorized members and incorporated into later lessons. This is not live student Q&A. Juegorei does not promise weekly recordings, a minimum frequency, an answer to every question, a particular response time, or individualized review or approval of a Member’s deal. Submission rights and content permissions are stated in Section 12 and the Student Question and Content Permission Agreement.
  4. Program updates that Juegorei elects to make available during the applicable access period.

The Program teaches Members how to analyze real‑estate opportunities, but it does not include a recurring benefit under which Juegorei, Adrian Perez, Tania Pardo, or any instructor is obligated to review, underwrite, audit, approve, or analyze a Member’s specific transaction or property. Any optional or separately offered session is included only when expressly stated in the applicable written offer or checkout.

The exact curriculum, instructors, delivery method, platform, Q&A format, submission method, available tools, and included resources may evolve over time. Juegorei may add, remove, replace, update, reorganize, or retire individual lessons, resources, software tools, sessions, or features when reasonably necessary for educational, operational, legal, technological, or business reasons, provided that Juegorei does not intentionally eliminate the substantial core of an Offering that has already been purchased while that Offering remains active.

The Program does not include the El Juego del Real Estate Accelerator or any other premium coaching, consulting, mastermind, done‑for‑you, or individualized service unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. The Accelerator is subject to a separate enrollment agreement and separate terms.

3. Lifetime Access

Where an Offering is advertised as including “lifetime access,” lifetime refers to the commercial lifetime of Juegorei LLC’s operation of the applicable digital course or Offering, not the lifetime of the purchaser and not perpetual access.

For the Program, Lifetime Access means that, after full payment, you may access the recorded course and designated course materials for as long as Juegorei LLC remains in business and continues to operate or make the applicable Program available. Juegorei may change the hosting platform, technology, file format, portal, or delivery method used to provide access.

Lifetime Access does not guarantee that every individual lesson, template, recording, software feature, instructor, resource, or version will remain unchanged or available forever. If Juegorei permanently ceases business operations or permanently discontinues the Program, Lifetime Access may end without a refund, except to the extent a refund or other remedy is required by nonwaivable applicable law.

Lifetime Access is conditioned on compliance with this Agreement. Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, account sharing, nonpayment, fraud, abuse, intellectual‑property violations, unlawful conduct, prohibited solicitation, or other conduct expressly prohibited by this Agreement.

4. Pricing and Payment Options

The price and payment terms applicable to your purchase are those displayed and accepted by you at checkout.

The Program may be offered as a single payment or as an installment payment plan. If the checkout offers the Program for $997 as a one‑time payment or three (3) monthly installments of $397, selecting the installment option is a financing arrangement for the purchase of the entire Program. It is not a month‑to‑month subscription and does not give you the right to cancel the remaining installments merely because you stop using the Program, change your mind, fail to attend sessions, fail to complete the materials, experience a change in financial circumstances, or no longer wish to participate. This installment obligation is subject to a timely and valid refund request under Section 5.

By selecting an installment plan, you agree to pay the entire stated installment‑plan purchase price and authorize Juegorei and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for each scheduled installment until the full balance is paid. This authorization does not apply to installments canceled under Section 5.

5. 72‑Hour Voluntary Cancellation and Partial Refund Policy; All Sales Final After Deadline

This 72‑Hour Voluntary Cancellation and Partial Refund Policy applies only to new eligible purchases of the main El Juego del Real Estate Program completed on or after October 10, 2026 (the “Activation Date”), and only where the processing‑fee deduction has been clearly disclosed before payment. It covers the $997 one‑time purchase or the three (3) monthly payments of $397 option. The period begins when the first payment for the main Program is successfully processed, as shown by transaction records, and runs for 72 consecutive hours, including weekends and holidays. An additional spouse/partner access is a dependent upsell to the same enrollment and does not start a separate period.

During those 72 hours, the Member may request cancellation and a partial refund for any reason by emailing [email protected] from the purchasing email address or otherwise reasonably identifying the transaction. The request must be received before the deadline, though the refund may be processed later. No explanation, minimum lesson completion, usage threshold, or waiver of statutory rights is required; Juegorei may reasonably verify identity and the purchase.

The refundable amount is the total amount actually collected for the main purchase and, if purchased, the associated $397 spouse/partner upsell, LESS ONLY the payment‑processing fees directly attributable to each covered payment that Stripe or another authorized payment processor actually charged Juegorei and DOES NOT return when the payment is refunded. This policy is NOT a 100% money‑back offer. The deduction is not a fine, penalty, or additional Juegorei charge, and applies only where the deduction and its calculation method were clearly disclosed before payment. Software subscriptions, internal expenses, Juegorei administrative charges, advertising costs, recovered fees, and unrelated charges cannot be deducted. On request Juegorei will provide an itemization of the initial charges, documented nonrecoverable processing fees, and net refund, and will return taxes and any other amounts that applicable law requires to be refunded in full.

For the three‑payment $397 plan, the net amount of every installment actually collected under the covered purchase will be refunded, deducting from each transaction only its documented, nonrecoverable processing fee. All remaining unpaid installments will be canceled and will no longer be owed. If the linked spouse/partner upsell was processed in a separate transaction, its net refund is calculated the same way and both users’ access rights will be revoked. Refunds will ordinarily be sent to the original payment methods for each transaction. Juegorei will initiate applicable refunds without undue delay, ordinarily within five (5) business days after verifying a valid request, subject to bank and platform processing. The funds may take longer to appear depending on the card issuer. If the processor later returns a fee that had been deducted from the Member’s refund, Juegorei will also return that recovered fee to the Member. No deduction applies where applicable law requires a full refund.

Upon approval of a valid request, Juegorei will cancel both the main purchaser’s access and all additional spouse or partner access linked to the same enrollment, including the corresponding rights to the course, community, and benefits arising from the refunded purchases. Both individuals’ licenses to use materials associated with those accesses will terminate upon cancellation, and they must cease using or distributing them; this is not a precondition to receiving a valid refund. This linked cancellation does not affect products or access acquired through a genuinely independent enrollment not associated with the main purchase being refunded.

The additional spouse or partner access does not carry a standalone 72‑hour refund right while the main enrollment remains active. However, if the main buyer submits a timely valid request that is approved, the linked upsell will be canceled and the actual amount collected for it will be partially refunded, minus only its own documented, nonrecoverable processing fee. Both users’ access will be revoked. If the 72‑hour period expires without a timely valid request, both purchases become final, subject to nonwaivable legal rights. This policy does not cover Accelerator, premium mentorship, additional sessions, community renewals, or other independent products unless expressly offered otherwise.

This policy is not retroactive to students who purchased before the Activation Date; those students retain the terms applicable to their original purchases, without limiting nonwaivable legal rights. Publication of revised documents, a platform change, or a new signature does not give earlier buyers this voluntary refund right. When 72 hours expire for a new eligible purchase without a timely request, the purchase is final and remaining installments continue to be owed except as required by law. This partial refund policy makes no promise of income, financing, property purchases, or investment results.

For purchases completed before the Activation Date, the all‑sales‑final terms in effect at the time of purchase continue to apply: payments are nonrefundable and noncancellable once the purchase is completed, except to the extent a refund or cancellation right is required by nonwaivable applicable law.

After the 72‑hour period, and except as required by nonwaivable applicable law, no refund, credit, cancellation of an installment obligation, or partial refund will be provided because of nonuse, lack of attendance, change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, inability to obtain financing, inability to locate or acquire a property, changes in the real‑estate market, inability to devote sufficient time to the Program, personal or business circumstances, or a decision to stop participating.

6. Failed Payments, Nonpayment, Collection, and Chargebacks

You agree to maintain valid and current payment information until all amounts owed under your purchase are paid in full.

If a scheduled payment is declined, reversed, disputed, blocked, or otherwise not received when due, Juegorei may, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  1. retry the payment method you authorized;
  2. request that you update your payment information;
  3. immediately suspend or restrict access to some or all Offerings, community areas, Q&A resources, downloads, and member benefits;
  4. terminate access for continued nonpayment without waiving the remaining payment obligation;
  5. after reasonable notice and an opportunity to cure, declare the remaining unpaid installments immediately due and payable where permitted by law; and
  6. refer the unpaid balance for collection and seek recovery of the unpaid amount, reasonable collection costs, court costs, arbitration costs where recoverable, and reasonable attorneys’ fees to the extent permitted by applicable law or awarded by a court or arbitrator.

Suspension, termination, nonuse, or loss of access does not extinguish amounts that became due under an installment payment plan before or as a result of your breach.

A chargeback, payment dispute, stop‑payment request, or replacement of a payment card does not by itself cancel this Agreement or any payment obligation. Juegorei may provide this Agreement, checkout records, login records, access records, communications, and other relevant records to payment processors, banks, card networks, collection providers, arbitrators, or courts in responding to a payment dispute or collecting amounts due. A valid Section 5 refund request cancels the installment obligations described in that Section.

Nothing in this Section waives any good‑faith dispute right, chargeback right, or other right that cannot lawfully be waived.

7. Community Term, Automatic Renewal, and Cancellation

The initial Program purchase includes twelve (12) months of private community access. Recorded course access is governed separately by Section 3, and the recorded/asynchronous Q&A process described in Section 2 is separate from community renewal and does not require an additional recurring community fee.

Unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise, at the end of the initial twelve‑month included community period, your community membership will automatically continue under the renewal option disclosed to and accepted by you at checkout or during enrollment. Current renewal options may include $49 per month or $497 per year, but the specific renewal cadence and price applicable to you will be the amount clearly disclosed and accepted at the time you enroll or elect a renewal plan. Community renewal is not part of the Section 5 initial‑purchase partial refund policy.

By affirmatively accepting an automatic‑renewal option, you authorize Juegorei and its payment processors to charge the payment method on file at the beginning of each renewal period until you cancel.

Juegorei will provide renewal disclosures, reminders, acknowledgments, and cancellation methods required by applicable law. For renewal arrangements requiring advance notice, Juegorei may send notice by email or another electronic method to the contact information associated with your account.

You may cancel an automatically renewing community membership by using the cancellation method made available in your account or checkout confirmation, or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation must be received before the next renewal charge to stop that future charge, subject to any additional timing rules required by applicable law.

Cancellation of the community membership is prospective. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund or prorated refund of an amount already charged, and your access to the paid renewal period may continue through the end of that period.

Your cancellation of community renewal does not cancel or reduce any unpaid balance owed for the original Program purchase or any separate agreement.

8. Account Access and Security

Your account, login credentials, and access rights are personal to you or to the purchasing entity. You may not sell, transfer, sublicense, share, rent, loan, publish, or provide your login credentials or paid access to another person.

Optional additional spouse/partner access. If you purchase the optional additional spouse/partner access offered at checkout, one additional individual identified at enrollment receives personal login credentials and the same access to the recorded course, designated course materials, and recorded/asynchronous Q&A as the main enrollment, and, for the initial twelve‑month period, the private community. That person must accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy before access begins, may not share credentials, and is subject to this Agreement. The additional access is a dependent add‑on to the main enrollment, is not a separate Program enrollment, and does not start a separate refund period. You are responsible for providing accurate information for the additional user and for that user’s compliance with this Agreement, and the additional access may be suspended or terminated together with the main enrollment under this Agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account. You must promptly notify Juegorei if you believe your account has been compromised.

Juegorei may use reasonable technical and administrative measures to detect account sharing, unauthorized access, scraping, excessive downloading, or other misuse.

9. License to Use Course Materials

Subject to full and timely payment and continued compliance with this Agreement, Juegorei grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Program and its materials for your own personal education and internal business purposes.

You may download, store, print, modify for your own internal use, and use templates, calculators, worksheets, scripts, checklists, or other materials that Juegorei expressly designates as downloadable or provides for implementation by students.

This exception does not permit you to resell, republish, distribute, sublicense, teach, reproduce for others, upload to file‑sharing services, include in another course, create a competing educational product from, or otherwise commercially exploit Juegorei materials.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not, directly or indirectly:

  1. share or resell Program access;
  2. reproduce or distribute protected course content except as expressly allowed in Section 9;
  3. record, copy, download, scrape, crawl, archive, or capture protected content except through features expressly provided by Juegorei;
  4. remove copyright, trademark, watermark, or proprietary notices;
  5. use Juegorei materials to create, train, develop, or market a competing course, membership, database, artificial‑intelligence model, or educational product without written permission;
  6. reverse engineer, bypass, defeat, or interfere with access controls or security systems;
  7. use bots, scripts, scraping tools, automated messaging systems, or other automated methods to collect member information or Site content;
  8. use the Site or community to harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, deceive, or unlawfully contact another person;
  9. engage in unlawful activity; or
  10. use the Site or Offerings in a way that materially disrupts Juegorei, its systems, its community, or other members.

11. Community Conduct, Member Information, and Solicitation

Community access is intended for education, discussion, networking, and participation in the Program.

Information about members, their contact information, property opportunities, business plans, financial information, deal information, private discussions, and other nonpublic information shared within the community may be confidential or sensitive. You may use such information only for legitimate one‑to‑one interaction consistent with the purpose for which it was shared.

You may not scrape, export, compile, sell, distribute, publish, or create a database of member information. You may not use member information for bulk marketing, automated outreach, mass solicitation, unsolicited recruiting, or broadcast messaging.

Without Juegorei’s prior written consent, you may not use the Juegorei community primarily to promote or sell a competing real‑estate education program, mastermind, coaching product, paid community, or substantially similar educational service to members.

Juegorei may immediately suspend or terminate access without refund for violations of this Section. Juegorei may also seek injunctive or other equitable relief where misuse of confidential information, intellectual property, or member information would cause harm that monetary damages alone would not adequately remedy. This does not limit a timely, valid refund request under Section 5.

12. User Content and Submitted Questions

Members retain ownership of the original questions, documents, comments and other material they submit (“User Content”). Permission to process, select, edit, reproduce, and display a question or scenario to authorized members as part of Q&A or future Program lessons is governed by the separately accepted Student Question and Content Permission Agreement. Its optional public‑use choice, rather than this Section or the license for Written Feedback in Section 13, governs whether Juegorei may publicly use an identifiable Q&A submission for marketing. A Member represents that they may lawfully provide submitted content and will remove unnecessary sensitive or third‑party information. Juegorei may remove or redact submitted content; it does not promise that a Member’s question will be answered or undertake individualized deal review.

12A. Recorded or Interactive Activities, Third‑Party Platforms, and Consent

The ordinary Q&A process consists of student submissions followed by presenter‑only recorded or written answers, not live student participation. Separate optional activities may involve interactive participation. Before recording any interactive activity, Juegorei will identify the recording and obtain required consent from every participant before recording begins. Mere acceptance of these Terms or participation after a generalized notice does not substitute for a required affirmative consent. Permission to record is distinct from permission to distribute identifiable participation inside the Program, and both are distinct from optional public promotional permission. Juegorei will not publicly use an identifiable student’s image, voice, likeness, or recorded interactive participation without a separate applicable media release.

From time to time, Juegorei may separately offer, schedule, or conduct an optional call, meeting, interview, special presentation, or other interactive activity. Unless expressly identified as included in the applicable written offer, checkout, or Member communication, such activity is not a recurring Program benefit.

Any such interactive activity may be conducted through Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or any other video‑conferencing, webinar, communication, transcription, recording, or technology platform selected by Juegorei from time to time. The specific platform or provider may change without requiring an amendment to this Agreement.

A recording or related platform feature may capture your name, image, likeness, voice, screen, screen share, chat messages, questions, comments, transaction‑related information you voluntarily share, transcripts, captions, and other contributions made during the session. Third‑party platform providers may process information generated through their services under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

By affirmatively consenting and then participating in the recorded portion, you authorize Juegorei to record, store, reproduce, process, and make the recording available to current or future authorized members of the applicable Program for educational, archival, training, quality‑improvement, internal administrative, and Program‑delivery purposes.

If you do not consent, you should not participate in the recorded portion of the activity. Juegorei is not obligated to provide an unrecorded alternative unless required by applicable law. Declining to participate does not create a right to a refund, credit, cancellation, or other compensation, except where required by nonwaivable applicable law. This provision does not restrict the Section 5 voluntary partial refund policy.

Turning off your camera does not necessarily prevent your participation from being recorded. Your name, voice, screen share, chat messages, questions, comments, transcripts, or other contributions may still be captured. You are responsible for avoiding disclosure of information you do not want included in a member‑accessible recording.

Consent to recording for Program and member‑access purposes does not authorize Juegorei to use your name, image, likeness, voice, testimonial, or recorded participation in public advertising, social media, promotional content, paid advertising, landing pages, promotional emails, or other public marketing materials. Any such public promotional use will be governed by a separate image, video, voice, testimonial, or likeness release, or another legally sufficient authorization. Written Feedback remains governed by Section 13 below.

13. Written Testimonials, Reviews, and Feedback

If you voluntarily submit, post, send, or publish a written testimonial, review, comment, success story, rating, or other written feedback about Juegorei or an Offering (collectively, “Written Feedback”), you grant Juegorei a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free, fully paid, transferable, sublicensable license to reproduce, display, publish, distribute, quote, excerpt, reformat, and use that Written Feedback for advertising, marketing, promotional, educational, and business purposes in any media now known or later developed.

Juegorei may edit Written Feedback for grammar, spelling, formatting, length, or clarity, but will not knowingly alter its substantive meaning. Where reasonably appropriate, Juegorei may identify Written Feedback using the name, business name, social‑media handle, city, or other identifying information that you made public with the review or expressly provided in connection with it.

This Section does not grant Juegorei the right to use your photograph, video, voice, or other likeness in advertising where a separate authorization or release is required. Juegorei may request and rely on a separate image, video, voice, or likeness release for those uses.

Juegorei does not require positive reviews as a condition of participation and does not prohibit truthful negative reviews or legally protected consumer communications.

A question submitted to the Program’s Q&A channel is not Written Feedback merely because it is in writing. The separate Student Question and Content Permission Agreement governs the educational and any optional public use of such submissions. Juegorei will not treat an answer or deal question as an endorsement of the Program without separate permission and review of the claim in context.

14. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Juegorei and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Site, Offerings, course curriculum, videos, recordings, text, graphics, frameworks, processes, templates, calculators, worksheets, scripts, checklists, branding, trademarks, software, databases, designs, and other materials, together with all intellectual‑property rights in them, except for User Content owned by users.

Except for the limited license expressly granted in this Agreement, no ownership right is transferred to you.

15. Educational Purpose Only, No Professional Relationship

The Site and Offerings are provided solely for educational and informational purposes. Juegorei does not provide individualized legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, securities, lending, brokerage, property‑management, engineering, construction, insurance, appraisal, title, or other licensed professional advice through the Program unless expressly stated in a separate written engagement.

Participation does not create an attorney‑client, accountant‑client, broker‑client, fiduciary, investment‑adviser, lender‑borrower, partnership, joint‑venture, agency, employment, or similar professional relationship with Juegorei, Adrian Perez, Tania Pardo, any instructor, or any guest.

Real‑estate laws, licensing requirements, lending rules, landlord‑tenant rules, zoning, permitting, taxes, insurance requirements, securities laws, advertising requirements, and business regulations vary by jurisdiction and can change. You are responsible for obtaining advice from appropriately licensed professionals in the jurisdiction relevant to your transaction.

16. Independent Due Diligence

You are solely responsible for evaluating each potential transaction and independently verifying all information material to your decisions, including property value, comparable sales, after‑repair value, rent, vacancy, repair estimates, construction scope, contractor qualifications, financing terms, interest expense, taxes, insurance, title, liens, zoning, permitting, inspections, property condition, environmental conditions, marketability, resale assumptions, operating expenses, legal compliance, and projected returns.

Examples, calculators, formulas, deal analyses, case studies, projections, templates, or estimates provided in the Program are educational tools and may be based on assumptions that do not apply to your circumstances.

17. Earnings, Results, and Risk Disclaimer

No Guarantee of Results

Juegorei does not represent, warrant, promise, or guarantee that you will buy a property, place a property under contract, obtain financing, complete a transaction, earn income, generate profit, achieve a particular return, save money, build a portfolio, replace employment income, or achieve any other specific financial, investment, business, or real‑estate result from using the Site, Program, or other Offerings.

Any example of income, earnings, revenue, profit, property acquisition, investment return, financing, savings, or other financial or business result presented by Juegorei on the Site, in the Offerings, in advertising, in testimonials, in case studies, on social media, or in other communications is provided for educational and informational purposes. When an example relates to an actual person or transaction, it reflects the particular facts and circumstances of that person or transaction and is not a promise, guarantee, or representation that you will achieve the same or similar result.

Individual Results Vary

Results depend on numerous factors, including your effort, judgment, background, education, experience, financial condition, credit, available capital, risk tolerance, market conditions, location, deal flow, negotiations, financing availability and terms, lender decisions, property condition, renovation scope, contractor performance, taxes, insurance, legal and regulatory requirements, economic conditions, timing, and other individual circumstances. Many of these factors are outside Juegorei’s control.

Past performance, prior transactions, or prior results do not guarantee future performance or results.

Risk of Loss

Real‑estate investing, financing, renovation, property ownership, rental activity, and business activities involve risk, including the possibility of losing some or all of the money invested, incurring debt or other obligations, experiencing negative cash flow, or sustaining other financial losses. You are responsible for determining whether any transaction, strategy, financing arrangement, or business decision is appropriate for your circumstances and risk tolerance. You should not commit funds that you cannot afford to lose.

Testimonials and Case Studies

Testimonials, case studies, interviews, success stories, examples, and descriptions of results featured by Juegorei reflect the experience and circumstances of the individuals or transactions identified, unless expressly stated otherwise. They should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee that you or any other person will achieve the same or similar results.

Where required by applicable law, Juegorei may provide additional disclosures regarding particular testimonials, financial results, material connections, or circumstances relevant to a specific advertising claim.

Forward‑Looking Statements

Statements by Juegorei that describe goals, expectations, projections, estimates, assumptions, potential opportunities, or future outcomes are forward‑looking statements. Such statements involve risks and uncertainties, are not guarantees of future performance, and may differ materially from actual results.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Site, Program, or any Offering, you acknowledge that Juegorei does not guarantee any particular financial, investment, business, or real‑estate result and that real‑estate and business activities involve risk. You remain responsible for your own actions, decisions, transactions, and results. Sections 15 and 16 of this Agreement regarding educational purpose, professional advice, and independent due diligence apply in addition to this Section.

18. Third‑Party Providers, Referrals, and Introductions

Juegorei may provide information about or introductions to third‑party lenders, brokers, agents, contractors, attorneys, accountants, insurance providers, software platforms, title companies, vendors, service providers, or other third parties.

Unless expressly stated in writing, those third parties are independent and are not agents, employees, partners, or representatives of Juegorei. Juegorei does not control and is not responsible for their conduct, decisions, services, pricing, underwriting, performance, errors, omissions, or results.

You are responsible for independently evaluating every third‑party provider and entering into any third‑party agreement directly with that provider. Where Juegorei has a material affiliate, referral, sponsorship, or compensation relationship that must be disclosed by law, Juegorei will make the applicable disclosure.

19. Suspension and Termination

Juegorei may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site or an Offering if Juegorei reasonably believes that you have materially breached this Agreement, failed to make a required payment, shared an account, infringed intellectual property, misused member information, engaged in fraud or unlawful conduct, threatened or harassed others, compromised platform security, or materially disrupted the community or Site.

Where reasonably appropriate, Juegorei may provide notice and an opportunity to cure before permanent termination. Juegorei may act immediately where necessary to protect users, intellectual property, systems, payment rights, confidential information, or legal compliance.

Termination for your breach does not create a right to a refund or cancel valid outstanding payment obligations, except to the extent of an eligible and timely Section 5 request or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, confidentiality, restrictions on misuse, disclaimers, indemnification, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, governing law, and general provisions, will survive.

20. Changes to the Site, Offerings, and Terms

Juegorei may modify the Site, platform, technology, delivery method, schedule, instructors, curriculum, resources, community features, and administrative policies from time to time for educational, operational, security, legal, technological, or business reasons.

Juegorei may also revise these Terms from time to time. For material changes, Juegorei will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide notice through email, the Site, the member portal, or another reasonable electronic method. The revised Terms will state their effective date.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, revised Terms will apply to your continued use of the Site and ongoing Offerings after their effective date and to future renewals. Juegorei may apply changes immediately where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect security, prevent abuse, protect intellectual property, administer payment obligations, or address an urgent operational issue. In particular, posting these updated Terms or continued use by a preexisting Member does not extend the new Section 5 Voluntary Partial Refund Policy to a purchase made under an earlier refund policy.

Juegorei will not use a later version of these Terms to retroactively create a new monetary charge for a completed purchase that was not disclosed and accepted, nor to retroactively alter the rules governing a dispute that had already formally arisen before notice of the change, to the extent such retroactive application would be prohibited by applicable law.

Your continued use of the Site or ongoing Offerings after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If applicable law requires affirmative consent to a particular modification, Juegorei may require you to affirmatively accept the revised Terms as a condition of continued access to the affected ongoing service or renewal.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND OFFERINGS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” JUEGOREI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON‑INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND RESULTS. THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT REMOVE THE EXPRESS SECTION 5 VOLUNTARY PARTIAL REFUND POLICY FOR AN ELIGIBLE PURCHASE.

JUEGOREI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR OFFERINGS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR‑FREE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES, OR THAT ANY CONTENT WILL BE FREE FROM ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR OUTDATED INFORMATION.

NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION PROVIDED BY JUEGOREI CREATES A WARRANTY EXCEPT WHERE EXPRESSLY STATED IN A WRITTEN AGREEMENT SIGNED BY AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF JUEGOREI. THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT LIMIT THE EXPRESS VOLUNTARY PARTIAL REFUND POLICY DESCRIBED IN SECTION 5 OR ANY NONWAIVABLE LEGAL RIGHTS.

22. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JUEGOREI LLC, EL JUEGO DEL REAL ESTATE, AND THEIR OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, INSTRUCTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR ENHANCED DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, FINANCING LOSSES, PROPERTY LOSSES, INVESTMENT LOSSES, CONSTRUCTION LOSSES, OR TRANSACTION LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE, OFFERINGS, THIS AGREEMENT, OR ANY REAL‑ESTATE OR BUSINESS DECISION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF JUEGOREI AND THE OTHER RELEASED PARTIES FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO A PARTICULAR OFFERING WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO JUEGOREI FOR THAT SPECIFIC OFFERING GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

The limitations in this Section do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

23. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Juegorei LLC, El Juego del Real Estate, and their owners, managers, members, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, penalties, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from or relating to: (a) your material breach of this Agreement; (b) your unlawful conduct; (c) your User Content; (d) your infringement or misuse of another person’s rights; or (e) your real‑estate, financing, construction, business, investment, or other transactions with third parties.

This Section does not require you to indemnify a party for liability to the extent caused by that party’s own conduct where such indemnification is prohibited by applicable law.

24. Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing arbitration or litigation, the complaining party must first send a written Notice of Dispute describing the nature of the dispute, the relevant facts, the requested relief, and contact information sufficient to communicate about the dispute.

Notices to Juegorei must be sent to [email protected] and may also be mailed to the legal‑notice address stated in Section 32.

The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days after the Notice of Dispute is received before commencing arbitration, except where immediate injunctive or emergency relief is reasonably necessary or where a limitations period would expire.

25. Binding Individual Arbitration

Except for matters eligible for small claims court and requests for temporary or preliminary injunctive relief described below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Site, an Offering, a payment, a renewal, your relationship with Juegorei, or the formation, interpretation, breach, termination, or enforceability of this Agreement will be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis.

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules when those rules apply, and otherwise under the AAA rules applicable to the dispute. The Federal Arbitration Act will govern the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision to the extent applicable.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable AAA rules, the legal seat of arbitration will be Pinellas County, Florida. Hearings may occur remotely by video or telephone, by documents only where appropriate, or in Pinellas County. If applicable consumer arbitration rules or nonwaivable law require a different accessible hearing location or procedure, those requirements will control.

The arbitrator may award any individual remedy that would be available in court under applicable law, subject to the valid limitations in this Agreement. The arbitration award will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in this Agreement prevents either party from bringing an individual claim that qualifies for small claims court. Juegorei may also seek temporary, preliminary, or permanent injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property, confidential information, member information, access controls, or systems, or to prevent unauthorized use or distribution, without waiving arbitration of damages or other arbitrable claims.

26. Class Action Waiver and Jury Trial Waiver

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND JUEGOREI AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLASS MEMBER, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL, OR REPRESENTATIVE IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND JUEGOREI KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY FOR A DISPUTE THAT IS NOT SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION.

If a final court determination holds that a particular claim or request for relief cannot lawfully be subjected to the class or representative‑action waiver, that claim or request will proceed in court only after all arbitrable claims are completed, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

27. Attorneys’ Fees and Collection Costs

Except as otherwise required by applicable law or the applicable arbitration rules, each party will bear its own attorneys’ fees in an ordinary dispute.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Juegorei may seek reasonable attorneys’ fees, collection costs, court costs, and other legally recoverable expenses incurred in collecting amounts that are validly due and unpaid under an installment payment obligation, or in enforcing intellectual‑property, confidentiality, access‑control, or prohibited‑use provisions, to the extent such recovery is permitted by applicable law or awarded by the court or arbitrator.

For a commercial or business‑to‑business dispute in which consumer arbitration protections do not apply, the prevailing party may recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs to the extent permitted by applicable law and awarded by the arbitrator or court.

28. Governing Law

Except to the extent federal law controls or nonwaivable law of another jurisdiction must apply, this Agreement and any dispute arising from it will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.

29. Court Venue

For any dispute that is properly heard in court rather than arbitration, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, the exclusive venue will be the state courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, or the United States District Court having jurisdiction over Pinellas County, Florida.

You and Juegorei consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive objections based on inconvenient forum or improper venue to the fullest extent permitted by law.

30. Time Limit to Bring Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Site, or an Offering must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim accrued. This contractual limitations period does not apply where applicable law prohibits shortening the statutory period.

31. Copyright and Intellectual‑Property Complaints

Juegorei respects intellectual‑property rights. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright or other intellectual‑property rights, you may send a written notice to:

Juegorei LLC Attn: Legal Notices / Copyright Complaints

Juegorei has not represented in these Terms that it maintains a registered DMCA designated agent. If Juegorei later registers a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office, Juegorei may update this Section accordingly.

A copyright complaint should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good‑faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights owner, and your physical or electronic signature.

32. Notices and Contact Information

Juegorei may send notices to the email address associated with your account or purchase, post notices in the member portal or on the Site, or use another reasonable electronic method. You are responsible for keeping your email address current.

33. Force Majeure

Juegorei will not be liable for delay, interruption, or failure to perform caused by events reasonably beyond its control, including acts of God, hurricanes, floods, fires, severe weather, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government orders, public‑health emergencies, strikes, telecommunications failures, internet outages, platform failures, payment‑processor failures, cyber incidents, utility outages, or similar events.

34. Electronic Communications and Signatures

You consent to receive agreements, notices, disclosures, receipts, renewal notices, and other communications electronically. Your electronic acceptance, checkbox acceptance, typed name, payment submission, or other electronic action indicating agreement may constitute your signature and acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

35. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer this Agreement, your account, or your access rights without Juegorei’s prior written consent.

Juegorei may assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, to an affiliate, successor, purchaser of substantially all relevant assets, or entity involved in a merger, restructuring, acquisition, or transfer of the business or applicable Offering.

36. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and, where appropriate, modified to most closely reflect the parties’ lawful intent. The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

37. No Waiver

Failure by Juegorei to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce that provision or any other provision later. A waiver is effective only if made in writing by an authorized representative of Juegorei.

38. Entire Agreement and Order of Precedence

These Terms, together with the applicable checkout page, order form, Privacy Policy, and any written agreement expressly incorporated into the purchase, constitute the agreement governing the Site and the Offering purchased.

If there is a direct conflict between these Terms and a separately signed written agreement for a specific premium Offering, such as the Accelerator, the separately signed agreement will control with respect to that specific Offering.

If there is a direct conflict between these Terms and a checkout page concerning the specific price, installment schedule, renewal price, renewal cadence, or included benefits of a purchase, the checkout terms accepted for that transaction will control as to those transaction‑specific terms.

The Student Question and Content Permission Agreement governs the use of Member Q&A submissions; a later, separately signed session‑specific release governs the applicable interactive session. A Member’s decision not to elect public Q&A use does not become consent through these Terms, an order form, or a later general policy update.

39. Nonwaivable Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit you to waive. If federal, state, or local law grants you a nonwaivable consumer right that conflicts with a provision of this Agreement, that law will control only to the extent of the conflict, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
